Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage distributors effectively.
• Valid driving license required.
• No travel restriction.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned Customer Targets and KPIs.
• Act as the single point of contact for Sales Operations.
• Develop and execute the Joint Business Plan for assigned customers.
• Ensure executional excellence through planning and performance tracking.
• Provide accurate demand forecasts and market insights.
• Coach and develop distributor sales teams.
