Financial Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely closure of monthly financial activities and consolidation of financial results
• Preparing the necessary documentation for sharing the required data related to month-end closing and actual results with Koç Holding and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring the timely consolidation of financial results other than month-end closing, such as year-end forecasts and UVP.
• Participation in operations carried out with independent auditors
• Performing controls to ensure the alignment of management and CMB (Capital Markets Board) reporting with accounting policies.
• Ensuring the preparation of relevant financial results within the scope of social security premium activities
• Supporting the publication of mid-year and year-end consolidated financial results in the KAP system.
• Ensuring the digitization of financial reports and verifying the accuracy of data.
• To fulfill and implement the requirements of the integrated management system and responsibilities in all procedures.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring the implementation of performance criteria for the processes owned, and taking necessary actions for their improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from faculties of economics and administrative sciences or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of Finance, Reporting experience
• Preferably experienced in CMB (Capital Markets Board) reporting.
• Moderate level of knowledge in accounting and IFRS standards.
• Preferably experienced in using SAP and Oracle-Hyperion systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-projects with prioritization
• Fluency in English
