What awaits you in this role
We are looking for fellow team members for our Finance team. Candidates from both Istanbul and Ankara locations will be considered.
- Preparing the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presenting to senior management
- Managing budget and forecasting processes: annual budget and revised budget
- Creating revenue–expense projections in coordination with business units
- Tracking company KPIs
- Supporting the monthly financial closing process and ensuring data alignment with accounting
- Analyzing financial results, interpreting variances, and presenting findings to senior management
- Preparing financial summaries and slide decks for BoD, CFO, and CEO presentations
What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Engineering field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial reporting, budget management or financial analysis
- Knowledge of IFRS/TFRS in financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills: SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, dynamic modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and performance management tools (e.g.,BPC, EPM) is an asset,
- Awareness of new technologies (AI, RPA, cloud solutions) and their applications in financial planning and reporting,
- Awareness of digital literacy, with the ability to continuously learn and apply new digital tools in a fast‑paced environment,
- Knowledge about planning and reporting on Apps in an asset,
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Management best practices,
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical thinking skills; detail‑oriented and inquisitive
- Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to work with senior management
- Experienced in team management or willing to take on this responsibility
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment; result‑oriented and diligent in follow‑up
