Job Description

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives;
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes;
  • Monitor and manage multiple expense line items on the P&L; partner with the business to understand risks and opportunities
  • Overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements;
  • Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and investment activities;
  • Collaborating with leadership teams to provide financial insights and recommendations;
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements;
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies;
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis.
  • Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions;
  • Implementing financial risk management strategies to safeguard company assets;
  • Staying updated on industry trends and financial regulations to mitigate risks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational environment;
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles;
  • Proficiency in IFRS, TFRS, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools;
  • Having CPA, SMMM and YMM is an advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing financial landscapes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
