Qualifications

Role Purpose

The Finance Coordinator will oversee all financial processes of the subsidiary of our Group. He/she is responsible for, acting as a strategic partner to the management team and the Board. The role is accountable for building a solid and scalable financial structure that supports sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term corporate goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 10–15 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Finance Positions
  • Big 4 Experience is must
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, investment structuring, cash management, and risk management
  • Experience in asset-heavy sectors such as healthcare, real estate, hospitality, or infrastructure preferred
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, scenario planning, and reporting
  • Advanced English proficiency
Job Description
  • Lead preparation of the company’s budget and strategic plan
  • Manage operations and accounting effectively
  • Develop strategies and policies to achieve corporate objectives and future plans
  • Create strategies to increase profitability, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with department managers to set organizational policies and targets
  • Review financial statements and activity reports to track company goals and revise plans where necessary
  • Corporate with Group Treasury to Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for financing new or existing operations
  • Corporate with Group Tax to design tax and financial strategies and manage audit/compliance processes
  • Evaluate managerial performance and develop the finance team
