Weatherford is seeking a Field Operator in Turkey to operate equipment and perform hands-on tasks under supervision. You will follow technical manuals, safety procedures and work instructions while supporting a field crew on rig sites.

The role requires driving skills, 24-hour call readiness, and the ability to work long and irregular hours. A high school diploma and basic English are expected, with on‑site training and the potential for career progression within our global field operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties according to Weatherford policies and SOPs.
• Participates in daily operations and safety meetings.
• Maintains equipment and work area in safe condition.
• Operates equipment and machinery with precision per instructions.
• Drives vehicles to well sites and supports field crew.
• Mentors junior operators, if in senior roles.
