This Position reports to: Service Team Leader

The work model for the role is: {onsite}

Your role and responsibilities

• Performing service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.)
• Consulting with and advising customers on the most suitable service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Creating and maintaining close relationships with customers, appreciating their needs, and providing specialist assistance and solutions
• Exploring the cause of simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. Complete on-site diagnostics and service calls
• Performing preventative maintenance Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of domestic and international UPSs and related power protection products
• Manage and maintain customer relationships and follow up on customer feedback to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, giving emergency assistance

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical/Electronic or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experienced in Switchgear service and knowledge on ABB protection Relay, Communication protocols, Primary and secondary testing
• In-depth understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes , Use measuring and mounting tools
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish, Good communication skills
• Service logic and customer-oriented
• Have knowledge Microsoft office programs
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling
