Job Identification

We are looking for a results-driven ‘Field Sales Executive’ to achieve sales targets, enhance execution quality, and build strong customer relationships.

What We Expect
  • Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets
  • Following up and managing the her\his team to increase the penetration of CCI products
  • Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets
  • Supporting her\his team to develop their skills and competencies
  • Visiting specified customers in his/her region/channel regularly
  • Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Identifying the field execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them
  • Providing all the necessary sales execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics or Industrial-Management Engineering is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage industry experience preferred)
  • Good command of the English language,
  • No travel restriction
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Willing to locate in Bandırma
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people
  • Capacity to understands all sales functions (Channel- Category Sales Development, Customer, Field)
