Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Field Project Manager to provide Owner Representation during tenant fit-out across multiple buildings on a data center campus in Turkey. The role requires coordinating with GCs, managing schedule and safety, and ensuring QA/QC across fast-paced fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate has a construction or engineering background with 7–10 years in design/construction, including data center or critical facilities, and strong communication skills to engage with senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in design or construction.
• Experience in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, or Critical Facility Construction.
• Proficient use of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior management and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Safety Oversight and QA/QC on site.
• Schedule oversight and day-to-day tracking.
• Owner/GC coordination (base build vs fit-out).
• MOP and delivery coordination.
• Site logistics coordination and submittals/RFI management.
• Commissioning and turnover activities.
