Job summary

Getinge seeks a motivated Territory Manager to join our Domestic Sales Team in Istanbul. You will maintain distributor and customer relationships, manage full sales cycles, and develop territory plans to drive growth across the region.

The role requires 3+ years in Medtech sales, strong English skills, and willingness to travel frequently within Turkey. You will collaborate with Service, Regulatory, and Logistics teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in Medtech, preferably in capital equipment sales.
• Experience in domestic sales and distributor/dealer management is a strong advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, results-oriented, and quality-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, hospitals, and customers within the regions.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective territory plans to maximize coverage and achieve growth targets.
• Support and guide local distributors to align with Getinge’s commercial strategy and objectives.
• Conduct regular customer/distributor visits, presentations, and business reviews.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations when required.
• Support preparation of technical specifications, tender documents, and configurations based on customer requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales activities and market trends, providing accurate forecasts.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations in all business activities.
