Job summary

TRUCKING PEOPLE in Turkey, TX is seeking a Data Capture Technician to operate 360-degree cameras and other reality-capture equipment on an active construction site. This is an in-person, one-year engagement with Friday work and a second day to be determined, starting immediately.

Ideal candidates are comfortable outdoors, able to walk long distances, and ready to work independently with strong documentation skills as data supports AI-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360-degree cameras and other reality-capture equipment
• Collect detailed images and site data using established procedures
• Walk designated areas of the construction site to ensure complete coverage
• Document the work completed and communicate site progress clearly
• Follow all company, client, and construction-site safety requirements
• Protect assigned cameras, surveying tools, and other equipment
• Work independently while remaining connected with the project team
• Adjust data-capture activities based on each project’s requirements
• Help provide accurate information for AI and algorithmic analysis
