Your Key Responsibilities

We are looking for Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our leading Business Transformation team.

Consultant/Senior Consultant are passionate about helping businesses reimagine and transform, and above all are smart, switched on and have a strategic, creative and analytical mindset.

• Lead work streams of performance improvement services; formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions to help clients accelerate business growth and streamline their operations
• Ensure work efficiency during all engagements by continuously improving processes, utilizing methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Be responsible for parts of the final deliverables for clients
• Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of workshops, presentations and training at client premises and within the team
• Work closely with the project manager, identify and escalate potential risks and issues to project manager along with suggested preventive or mitigating actions
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through effective management of interactions with client personnel
• Supervise and coach junior professionals, help people enhance their contribution and develop their capabilities
• Conduct market research, contribute to the development of proposals, identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing engagements
• Senior will need to lead teams and manage client interactions for Performance Improvement engagements

What We Look For

• A relevant university degree, preferably in Economics, Political Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline from a reputable university, a relevant Masters Degree is a plus
• At least 2 (for Consultants) and 4 (for Senior Consultants) years of professional experience in management and strategy consulting studies conducted for public clients
• Operating model design and enterprise wide transformation project history is a plus
• Strong research and data analysis skills (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Excellent report writing skills (both in English and in Turkish)
• Strong client and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure
