EY-Parthenon Strategy & Execution Türkiye is recently established and fast growing. Therefore EY-Parthenon is searching for professionals for our office in Istanbul, and as part of our Europe Central team, who are looking for entrepreneurship and responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment on different levels.

As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a specific workstream by executing the specified analyses. You will have opportunities to learn from senior team members through counselling relationships, mentoring and coaching.

You will work with a high‑performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. You’ll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.

• Qualifications:
• At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top‑ranking school with outstanding academic performance, preferably in the field of Economics, Business or STEM, with GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
• Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross‑functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching).
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish.
• Client focused mindset with career aspirations.

Your key responsibilities

• Contribute to problem structuring and clarification of key issues.
• Suggest approaches to analyze and address the issues.
• Collect and analyze information, incl. conducting client interviews.
• Draft conclusions and possible recommendations.
• Prepare documents for client communication, incl. proposals and project documents.
• Support clients and senior team members from the start.
