Job summary

LRQA is seeking a contractor-on-demand Assessor to deliver high-quality verification services for ESG, sustainability and climate-related disclosures in Turkey. The role also focuses on business development, account growth, and building long-term client relationships.

The role requires strong technical verification capability, market awareness of ESG standards, and the ability to identify opportunities while maintaining independence and impartiality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in verification/auditing/assurance activities.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and standards (CSRD, GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, TCFD).
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct verification of ESG, sustainability and climate-related disclosures.
• Evaluate evidence, data, systems and processes against verification criteria.
• Identify and communicate findings; produce high-quality reports and statements.
• Identify opportunities for new verification, certification, training and advisory services.
• Develop deep understanding of client challenges and strategic priorities.
• Maintain independence, impartiality and confidentiality.
• Represent LRQA at industry events and client forums; share market intelligence.
