Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an Equity Research Expert to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. This remote contractor role supports AI training with high-quality research deliverables.

You will review earnings, benchmark peers, and develop investment theses across multiple sectors, leveraging your sell-side research experience and strong written communication to produce concise, actionable content.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
