The Ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduated from relevant engineering / Minimum B.Sc. degree in civil engineering or similar
• Preferablyminimum 10 years of previous international experience in the monitoring and reporting of health and safety and environmental compliance under IFI financed projects and with demonstrable knowledge of EBRD Performance Requirements
• Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of FIDIC conditions of contract
• Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of IFI (especially EBRD, WB and/or ADB) funded projects
• Advanced command of English language
• Previous experience in multinational project or project management teams
