Job Description

• Management of Engineering team composed from Industrial engineering,
• Solution design of new and existing products/projects (design of manufacturing process, layout, equipment list, pilot program definition, ramp up plans, implementation support)
• Implementation of change requests into current process (analyzing impact – on manpower, capacity, line balance, etc.)
• Product/Process flow design and definition
• Shop-Floor system flow design and definition
• Productivity & Efficiency monitoring method design
• Collaboration with Project specialist on Change request management (in terms of solution design)
• Communication with customer on engineering level - looking for optimal and efficient solution
• Continuous improvement
• Developing innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
• Industrial/Manufacturing engineering including leadership Manufacturing/Service field of consumer electronics, automotive etc.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related business
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Microsoft Office user experience (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Visio)
• LEAN manufacturing or TPS (Toyota Production System)
• Analytical, logical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership skills (decisions maker)
• Responsible and able to work independently.
