Job summary

Boschgroup is seeking an experienced Logistics Section Manager to lead end-to-end planning for a value stream, balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and efficiency. You will oversee Demand, Production, and Material Planning teams and partner with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Logistics to convert demand into executable supply plans.

The role requires a strong end-to-end supply chain mindset, people leadership, and continuous improvement in Bosch Logistics' integrated planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand, Production, or Material Planning.
• Proven manufacturing experience and team leadership.
• Strong track record of operational improvement and business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop planners across Demand, Production, and Material Planning.
• Build a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.
• Develop planning capabilities and support talent and succession planning.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate customer demand into feasible and reliable supply plans.
• Drive forecast quality, demand transparency, and planning stability.
• Balance demand, capacity, materials, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Manage supply risks, shortages, bottlenecks, and recovery actions.
• Optimize planning parameters, inventory levels, and replenishment strategies.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs.
