Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand, Production, or Material Planning.
- Proven manufacturing experience and team leadership.
- Strong track record of operational improvement and business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning for an assigned value stream.
- Develop and mentor Demand, Production, and Material Planners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics.
- Turn demand into reliable, executable supply plans.
- Balance customer delivery, inventory, capacity and costs.
