We are looking for a data‑driven Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in email marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our email marketing processes end‑to‑end, optimizing customer segmentation, and developing conversion‑focused campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize email marketing strategies
  • Execute email segmentation and personalization tailored to the market
  • Create and enhance automation workflows
  • Plan, run, and report on A/B tests
  • Analyze email campaign performance metrics (OR, CTR, CR)
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for email campaigns
  • Stay up to date with email marketing trends and tools to integrate into processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, SmartMessage, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in segmentation, automation, and personalization
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach
  • Familiarity with KVKK (GDPR) and spam regulations
