What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for periodical, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Increasing efficiency in maintenance processes by applying Kaizen, 5S and other continuous improvement methods
• Developing solutions to optimize energy consumption by making analyzes on energy management and efficiency
• Keeping track of equipment and spare parts required for maintenance and repair work
• Carrying out maintenance work in accordance with occupational safety and environmental policies
• Keeping maintenance records and reports regularly.
• Installation and start-up of new equipment. Preparing of maintenance plans of the new equipment and follow-up the maintenance plans.
• To prepare procedures, instructions and technical specifications
• To ensure the coordination of relevant companies and plan necessary training on machines and production lines in order to ensure the best maintenance of machines and production lines
• Analyzing system failures and performing root cause analysis

What We’d Love For You To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Fluency in English
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in production facilities
• Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement techniques knowledge
• SAP-PM knowledgeEnergy management & energy efficiency knowledge
• Able to read electrical circuit diagrams and diagnose faults
• Preferably experienced in PLC systems and automation
• Aware of working in accordance with occupational safety rules
• Teamwork, solution-oriented and analytical thinking skills
• For male candidates, they have completed their military service
• Preferably with an energy manager certificate
• To have knowledge on subjects such as power electronic circuits, low and high voltage panels, power distribution systems, generator, and UPS systems
