• Familiarity with relevant international and local electrical codes and standards.
• Ability to use engineering design and CAD software; experience with BIM tools is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Based on-site at the Istanbul headquarters, full-time.

• Lead the design and technical development of power distribution systems, including low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) infrastructure.
• Develop and oversee automation and control system design for large-scale facilities.
• Prepare technical specifications, single-line diagrams, and design packages in compliance with internationally recognized electrical standards.
• Coordinate with architectural and mechanical design teams to ensure integrated, constructible, and code-compliant solutions.
• Review and validate electrical design deliverables for accuracy, safety, and technical compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout design and execution phases.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role at Akteknik İnşaat Sanayi & Ticaret A.Ş. is based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and review electrical systems and layouts for construction and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and documentation, performing load calculations, coordinating power distribution and power systems design, and supporting project planning and budgeting. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams, attending site visits, overseeing installation and commissioning activities, and troubleshooting electrical issues during construction. The Electrical Engineer will also participate in quality assurance, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of electrical engineering practices.
