Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or public policy.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with ECAFM team to apply financial management policies in WB-financed projects.
• Conduct financial management assessments and evaluate PM/FM capacities of PIUs.
• Supervise interim financial reporting and coordinate annual audits for projects.
• Provide strategic and operational advice to country authorities to strengthen FM in WB projects.
