Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a E&E Harness Designer to manage CAD releases and develop 3D wiring harness designs in line with OEM standards. The role focuses on 3D/3DA integration, PLM releases, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the design and validation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage STEP CAD releases (STEP 1, STEP 2, STEP 3, STEP 5)
• Develop 3D wiring harness mathematics and release in TCAE/PLM according to technological structure
• Prepare NX/PLM 3D and 3DA elements
• Detail fixing, connector descriptions, and 3D/3DA integration
• Provide supporting documentation for ODM preparation and style feedback
• Support DFMEA activities and collaborate on FEA model updates with the Calculation team
• Create formboards for CD2D

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Catia or NX
• Knowledge of harness components; OEM or harness maker experience preferred
• Experience in PLM environment is a plus
• English proficiency at least B2 level
