We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager (Away from Home) to join our Sales team based in Istanbul and will directly report to Senior Business Development Manager & Head of Key Accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business partnering for E-AFH key customers and aggregators
  • Co-develop a comprehensive category Growth plan (Snacks & Beverage) using knowledge, PepsiCo and market insights
  • Build category vision for AFH channel and Ecomm, including setting clear targets for Picos, menu optimization and responsibility for execution tracking (leading using tracking tool, partnering with 3rd party data supplier)
  • Build category vision for AFH channel to clearly forecast and MIT to future growth
  • Provide input into channel and customer strategy in collaboration with Sales leaders and Sales Activation; actively seek opportunities for tailored solutions
  • Absorb and adapt global teams' playbooks, keeping a close eye on sector and global teams
  • Partner with Brand, Sales strategy and finance teams to translate business performance issues and opportunities into shopper-related actions for selected channels and customers
  • Regularly activate existing and newly collected shopper & customer information and ensure the company (Sales, Marketing and Sales strategy teams) focuses on right business questions
  • Contribute to building partner/win-win relationships with customers and build PepsiCo category/shopper expertise vis-à-vis key customers
  • Creating PepsiCo's digital campaigns, collaborating with aggregators, key customers and AFH teams; work closely with brand teams to create a 360-degree campaign process
  • Conduct detailed campaign analysis (campaign period to post-campaign)
  • Determine campaign KPIs and track with the aggregator
  • Direct, regular cooperation with KAMs to achieve PepsiCo targets with key customers
  • Opportunity hunting: proactively seeking potential chances and solutions using all available data sources
  • Utilize findings from research and analytical tools in cooperation with customers
  • Link marketing plans with action plans for the Sales force
  • Take part in the AOP process within the customers
  • A&M budget management and working with sector team for A&M sufficiency
