Responsibilities

• Propose strategies and recommendations to contribute to the development of domestic and international e-commerce systems,
• Prepare and manage daily, monthly, and annual plans and budgets for the E-Commerce Directorate,
• Ensure compliance with processes and continuous improvement of operations,
• Determining the vision and simplicity required to ensure profitability and sales,
• Follow e-commerce and digital marketing trends and integrate innovative practices across the company,
• Plan actions to maintain the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction,
• Lead the digital marketing budget and strategy.
