Customer Service Representative (Dutch Speaker)

About The Role

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service standards are maintained. Responsibilities
  • Support customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
  • Handle requests.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Take part in team meetings, coaching sessions, and feedback programs.

Work Schedule
  • Operating hours: 09:00-20:00 CET (Summer), 09:00-21:00 CET (Winter).
  • Rotating shifts: 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, 11:00-20:00, 12:00-21:00, 13:00-22:00.
  • Daily schedule includes a 1-hour break.
  • Days off: 2 per week (Sunday fixed + 1 variable day).
  • Public holiday shifts are required (paid at 2x rate by law).
Training
  • Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
  • Hours: 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
  • Format: Online.
  • Attendance is mandatory.
