Job description

We are looking for a "District Manager" for our business partner operating in retail industry.

Store Operations and Performance Management

Oversee daily operations of owned and partner retail stores, monitor KPIs and P&L reports, and implement actions to achieve sales and financial targets.

Sales Growth and Customer Experience

Ensure high standards of customer service, drive sales performance, and develop initiatives to expand the customer base while maintaining brand integrity.

People Leadership and Training

Lead and coach store managers and teams in line with company values, providing training on KPIs, product knowledge, and sales techniques to boost performance.

Visual Merchandising and Marketing Execution

Implement visual guidelines, seasonal updates, and promotional activities across stores to optimize sales and maintain brand consistency.

Operational Compliance and Ethics

Ensure adherence to company policies, operational controls, and ethical standards, maintaining effective stock management and asset protection.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of work experience.
  • Proven history of retail management experience.
  • Apparel footwear experience in a multinational envoirement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Understands and manages to KPIs, budgets and P&Ls.
  • Strong brand ambassador.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven business acumen and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to consistently communicate, written and verbal, with multiple locations remotely.
