Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in an international 5-star hotel chain, (Mandatory)
• Proven track record in revenue management, market analysis, and sales strategy development,
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, (Mandatory)
• Knowing Opera program wery well, (Mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure,
• No restriction for domestic or international travel.

Job Description

• The position is responsible for driving the hotel’s sales strategy, maximizing revenue, expanding market share, and ensuring alignment with the brand’s commercial objectives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the hotel’s annual sales and marketing strategy,
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate, MICE, leisure, and online segments,
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure achievement of revenue goals,
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance excellence,
• Plan pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns in coordination with the hotel management team,
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and business partners,
• Prepare and analyze regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget performance,
• Represent the Sheraton brand standards and Marriott culture in all sales activities.
