Executive Management Responsibilities:

• Establish short-term and long-term goals and objectives for the company,
• Develop business plans and strategies,
• Advise the Board of Directors on strategic issues,
• Present reports on the company’s business processes and performance,
• Provide leadership and motivation to managers and senior executives,
• Build relationships with external experts and agencies through seminars, conferences, and professional networks,
• Ensure the company continues to generate profits and grow its capital,
• Plan and organize production schedules,
• Assess project and resource requirements,
• Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timeframes with clients and managers.

Job Description:

• Coordinate production activities across Steel and Aluminum Forging, Sheet Metal Forming, Bushing, Maintenance, and Cataphoretic Coating facilities, in line with production plans from the Production Planning department, and monitor performance indicators,
• Plan and track all operational processes of 4,000 blue-collar and white-collar employees together with factory managers,
• Ensure production is carried out according to work schedules, workplace procedures, and specifications, and is delivered on time,
• Prepare and control daily and weekly production reports, and present them to upper management,
• Ensure production processes are conducted effectively following the production plan, meeting cost and quality targets,
• Review customer demands from the perspective of production conditions and optimize production processes accordingly,
• Monitor technological developments in the industry and continuously improve existing production techniques,
• Determine and manage the optimum number of personnel in production,
• Ensure regular inspection of production equipment and follow up on scheduled maintenance and repairs,
• Review and ensure the alignment of orders with production plans and take necessary actions,
• Support the preparation of offers, sales, and business development processes,
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations,
• Oversee production processes,
• Re-negotiate schedules or timelines when necessary,
• Support the ordering and purchasing processes,
• Organize repair and routine maintenance of production equipment,
• Establish effective communication with other related departments,
• Organize relevant training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, etc.),
• At least 10 years of experience in production management,
• Preferably experience in the automotive, spare parts production, or similar manufacturing industries,
• Advanced English proficiency,
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• High communication skills and experience in people management,
• Knowledge of Automotive Quality Systems (IATF 16949), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 18001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and Forging Production Knowledge,
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple projects,
• Proficiency in production software and tools,
• Full knowledge of MES systems and ERP (IFS) programs,
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, with advanced presentation skills.
