Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, growth opportunities, and a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments for 20+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is not required – paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with community participation, employment and social activities
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
