A key part of the program is rotations across different manufacturing functions within our plants (such as production, quality, engineering, and planning). These rotations are designed to give you hands-on exposure to plant operations, help you build technical expertise, and understand how end-to-end manufacturing drives our business.

Supply Chain - Manufacturing Graduate Program

  • Obtained or expecting to obtain a minimum bachelor\'s degree preferably in engineering/science/technical field equivalent latest by July 2026
  • 0 - 2 years of work experience by July 2026
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Be eligible to work in Turkey
  • No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
  • Willing to live in cities: Manisa (Alaşehir), Mersin (Tarsus), Bilecik and Nevşehir

What does the process look like?

  • The first step will be Pymetrics. Please be aware that the invitation may drop into your spam folder, so make sure to check it. After completion, your result will be used for all applications that require it within a one-year period.
  • If you pass Pymetrics, the second stage will be a HireVue virtual interview in English (again, please check your spam in case the link lands there).
  • Following this, there will be a case study stage held in March-April 2026.
  • The offer process will be held in the month after the case study stage.
  • The program is expected to start in July 2026.
