Job summary

EPAM Systems in Turkey seeks a seasoned DevOps Team Lead to drive a MaaS platform on Microsoft Azure. Lead a 4-person DevOps team, own CI/CD, IaC, and infrastructure design, and ensure secure, scalable cloud operations while optimizing performance and cost.

You will implement automated pipelines, manage deployments, and mentor engineers. A strong background in Docker/Kubernetes, GitLab, and scripting is required, with emphasis on Azure security and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Azure Cloud engineering.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management using GitLab.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for containerized applications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog and Azure Monitor.
• Understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and IAM policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4 DevOps specialists.
• Provide Release Manager support.

• Take ownership of managing features end-to-end.
