We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a must since we actively use it in our day-to-day work, including retrospectives and client demos.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with deployment tools like Helm Charts and ArgoCD.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with developing cloud-native applications.
- Ability to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including Azure DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, and GitLab pipelines.
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as the Prometheus and Grafana stack.
- Proficiency with observability tools, including OpenTelemetry and Tempo.
- Knowledge of the JS/TS ecosystem, including tools like npm and Yarn.
- Focus on sustainable development practices.

Great If You Have:
- Having a Kubernetes certification (CKA) is a huge plus.
- Experience with Bash, Go, or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture is beneficial.
- Willingness to contribute to development decisions from a DevOps perspective is an advantage.
- Having prior experience working with GraphQL and its ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with monorepos is also beneficial.
