Job summary

NGAMING is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, run, and improve multi-environment Kubernetes platforms (EKS) with GitOps, and to build resilient CI/CD pipelines for 400+ microservices across mono-repo and multi-repo architectures.

You will manage observability infrastructure, implement Disaster Recovery across AWS regions, automate tasks, and collaborate with dev teams on performance and reliability, joining a bold, life-filled team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/engineering or related field.
• Hands-on DevOps/Platform/SRE in production environments.
• Strong AWS and Kubernetes experience with GitOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain multi-environment Kubernetes platforms with GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for 400+ microservices across mono-repo and multi-repo structures.
• Manage observability infrastructure and centralized logging with metrics and alerts.
• Implement and operate Disaster Recovery across AWS regions.
• Automate operational tasks and participate in on-call rotation and post-mortems.
• Collaborate with development teams on performance, memory, and caching optimizations.
• Manage cloud networking and security posture, including WAF and certificate rotation.
• Operate stateful workloads (MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch) on Kubernetes.
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning for infrastructure.

Full-of-Life Qualities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience in production environments.
• Strong AWS expertise (EKS, MSK, RDS, ElastiCache, Transit Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch) and solid Kubernetes knowledge including multi-cluster management, Helm, ArgoCD/GitOps, and Karpenter.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD, GitOps workflows, and mono-repo strategies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt; familiarity with cost optimization and capacity planning is a plus.
• Experience with observability tools: VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Fluent Bit, and New Relic.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and Python; experience with Go is a plus.
• Experience with managed databases (MongoDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Nice to have: Cloudflare (WAF, DNS), Disaster Recovery architecture, .NET ecosystem diagnostics, security tooling (SOPS, Vault, RBAC, certificate management), Service Mesh, Cilium.

• Implement and operate Disaster Recovery solutions across AWS regions.
• Automate operational tasks and participate in on‑call rotation, incident response, and post‑mortem processes.
• Collaborate with development teams on application performance (connection pools, memory leaks, caching strategies).
• Manage cloud networking (Transit Gateway, Cloud NGFW, VPN, DNS) and maintain infrastructure security posture (WAF rules, secrets management, certificate rotation, Kyverno).
• Operate stateful workloads on Kubernetes: MongoDB (Percona Operator), RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch.
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning initiatives across infrastructure.
