Job summary

Sigorta Bilgi ve Gözetim Merkezi is seeking a hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineer to own automation and multi-cluster Kubernetes operations. You will drive CI/CD improvements, manage infrastructure changes, and mentor junior engineers.

Key requirements include 3+ years in DevOps or SRE, Terraform/Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes experience, and CKAD/CKA certificates are a plus. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD best practices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cluster management tools (Rancher).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
• Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform and/or Ansible).
• Experience managing multi-cluster Kubernetes environments at scale.
• CKA and/or CKAD certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and automate infrastructure and configuration changes across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures.
• Manage multi-cluster environments and improve platform stability.
• Improve CI/CD processes with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting practices for proactive incident detection.
• Evaluate emerging DevOps technologies and adopt tools that improve delivery outcomes.
• Integrate third-party tools and services into the development and deployment pipeline.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps team members.
