The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• High-quality production and repair of products with high efficiency within the planned deadlines
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the department
• Exercising operational control over the department's production processes
• Monitoring the implementation of the department's plans in accordance with standards and established quality criteria
• Development of department management personnel
• Ensuring technically correct operation of equipment
• Implementing measures to optimize and automate department processes in order to achieve maximum operational efficiency
• Monitoring production and labor discipline
• Actively participating in the continuous improvement of production processes and product quality
• Implementation of Lean tools in the department
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the department's production facilities
• Cooperation with departments related to production in order to coordinate work and achieve set goals
• Development and implementation of measures to achieve set KPIs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in repairing consumer electronics
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role

• Expert-level knowledge of electronic device diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair, including micro-soldering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with repair management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
