Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Job Description:

As the 'Deputy Sales Director', you will play a pivotal role in driving ISS Türkiye’s commercial success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that our management systems are continuously improved and remain aligned with organizational goals, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
  • Overseeing the execution of contracts signed between ISS and its clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Leading short, medium, and long-term sales activities in line with company goals and strategies.
  • Identifying and acquiring potential portfolios while managing existing ones.
  • Planning and executing sales development activities.
  • Actively visiting clients and conducting field sales.
  • Identifying field needs and implementing appropriate sales and marketing projects.
  • Managing the sales processes of projects with global and key account potential.
  • Generating and leading new projects across Türkiye, particularly in active sales.
  • Preparing proposals aligned with ISS’s values and managing the offer lifecycle.
  • Converting high-potential customers into key accounts and overseeing the entire process.
