Responsibilities

If you are ready to be a part of this atmosphere, you’ll be responsible of;

• Responsible for end-to-end management of deposit products (time/demand deposits, bundled offerings, etc.)
• Participate in Retail Banking Deposit Products Agile Team
• Assist in developing and implementing dynamic pricing models in coordination with the pricing team
• Monitor product performance, customer trends, and interest margins through regular reporting
• Contribute to segmentation and cross-sell efforts to enhance portfolio profitability
• Work with digital channels to increase product penetration and mobile adoption
• Ensure product-related compliance and process alignment across departments
• Partner with analytics, IT, and operations teams to improve customer experience and backend accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in departments including economics, business or engineering,
• Min 3 years of banking or similar experience,
• Having analytical perspective,
• Very strong communication and coordination skills
• Curious and quick-learner,
• Good command MS Office programs and especially MS Excel, SQL knowledge is a plus.
