Job summary

Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician in Trabzon, Turkey, to provide on-site support at local data center facilities. You will perform remote hands tasks, install and decommission server racks, manage cross-connects, diagnose hardware issues, and participate in on-call responses.

Ideal candidates have hands-on data center experience, English communication, and the ability to lift 25 kg. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required to meet urgent client requests.

We're looking for a skilled Data Center Technician in Trabzon, Turkey to provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
• Server rack installation and decommissioning
• Cross-connect and patch panel management
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Visual inspections and inventory audits
• Escort and access coordination for client visits
• Emergency response and on-call availability

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards
