Job summary

The technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks including Remote Hands support, server rack installation, and hardware troubleshooting. Candidates should have hands-on experience with data center infrastructure and strong communication skills in English. Additional certifications like CompTIA Server+ or CCNA are a plus. Flexible availability for urgent requests is also required.

• Server rack installation and decommissioning
• Cross-connect and patch panel management
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Emergency response and on-call availability

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards
• Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers
