Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Maltepe, Turkey, is seeking a Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, and support critical infrastructure in a world-class data center environment.

The position requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong troubleshooting, and excellent documentation. On-site duties include on-call rotation and shift considerations with safety and reliability as priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining server/network equipment.
• Proficient in structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with DCIM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
