Customer Support Specialist (Turkish Speaker) Relocation to Lisbon

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Turkish Speaker) to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the online and digital advertising sector. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses grow by providing exceptional support across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift (Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Probation Period: 1 month before contract confirmation
Relocation Package: Available

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in scaling their businesses across different digital advertising platforms.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
  • Offer product and tool support to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer trends and resolve common issues.
  • Gather product feedback from clients and share insights with the engineering team.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, offering guidance on best practices and optimizing their use of our solutions.
Qualifications
  • Native Turkish speaker with B2-level English proficiency.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a similar support role.
  • Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
