We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to assist users of a major global digital platform across multiple support channels.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will support users with:
Support is delivered through a combination of Calls, Chat, Email, and Social Media.
(You will not handle two live or two offline channels at the same time.)
This is a remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in Turkey.

To support Social Media channels, an internal assessment is required.
Training: 10 business days, delivered online.
Net Salary: 33,000 TL
Quality Bonus: 10%
