Qualifications
  • University degree from a reputable university, preferably from Faculty of Engineering or Business Administration or International Relations
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service and Sales operations experience, preferably in packaging sector in a similar role
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Korean preferred
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • A team player who builds professional and respectful relationships with customers and colleagues with high sense of responsibility
  • A highly motivated one who shows enthusiasm and energy, using positive language with customers and colleagues
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills; professional presence
  • Able to adapt to change and flexible in approach
  • Strong interpersonal communication, presentation and analytical thinking skills
  • No restrictions to travel
Responsibilities
  • Taking personal ownership for customer issues whilst pursuing all avenues to ensure a satisfactory resolution
  • Pro-actively interacts with customer for notification of inventory status, project inquiries, back orders due to product availability, deliveries and transportation issues etc.
  • Interacts with an over-all look to internal partners to ensure that the customers’ requirements are understood and commitments are met
  • Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and urgent orders. Responsible for inquiry & order handling process from beginning to end
  • Processes customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies. Is able to identify need for extra information to enable a thorough complaint analysis
  • Actively monitors open orders to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on time, as committed
  • Performs active follow-up on sales versus forecast. Interacts with the customer to get better understanding of variations
  • Monthly reporting of sales activity in the area
  • Other duties assigned by the first line manager
