We are looking for a Corporate Communications & Events Specialist to strengthen our brand’s presence and lead engaging communication and sponsorship projects!

In this role, you’ll take part in creative initiatives such as corporate magazines, press releases, interviews, sponsorships, and large-scale events — helping Avoya tell its story in meaningful ways. 🌟

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute communication projects aligned with Avoya’s corporate strategy,
  • Create and coordinate corporate magazine content, press releases, and interviews,
  • Manage media and agency relations,
  • Plan and execute sponsorships and brand events (e.g., cultural and music festivals),
  • Organize internal communication activities that enhance employee engagement,
  • Monitor, report, and continuously improve communication performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications or event management,
  • Strong skills in content creation, media relations, and project coordination,
  • Creative, energetic, and collaborative mindset,
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
