We are looking for a Contract and Commercial Manager to join the organization of our leading global partner operating in the Telecomunications Industry. The role will support channel-driven commercial operations and governance, contributing to transaction excellence and partner enablement across the region.

Role Overview

The role focuses on channel commercial authorization, transaction quality and risk management, and partner incentive operations within the Digital Power Business Group. It also acts as the primary execution point for shared transaction processes, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence. The role manages key CS and LTC process activities related to Digital Power business operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Channel authorization & pricing management
  2. Establish a multi-dimensional authorization and pricing approval framework, balancing operational efficiency and commercial risk, while building pricing and profit management capabilities.
  3. Contract quality management
  4. Oversee end-to-end contract quality, develop bidding and negotiation capabilities, and establish standard industry-aligned contract templates and baseline clauses.
  5. Commercial solution development
  6. Design transaction models and general commercial solutions across different industry and ecosystem scenarios, ensuring alignment with sector-specific business characteristics.
  7. Channel performance incentives
  8. Manage MPR processes within the commercial domain, calculate and implement partner incentive programs, and support channel business growth.
  9. Efficient transaction operations
  10. Contribute to the development of ecosystem-based transaction systems and e-commerce processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational transaction costs.
  11. Shared business operations
  12. Lead shared transaction activities (contract signing, PO handling, registration, amendments, invoicing, closure), ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
