  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities within a live logistics facility, ensuring uninterrupted operations
  • Manage cost control, change management, and progress tracking throughout the construction phase
MEP‑Focused Delivery
  • Oversee and coordinate MEP‑intensive construction works, including interfaces with architectural and structural elements
  • Review and manage MEP shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and installation works
  • Ensure proper coordination between MEP contractors and other disciplines
QA/QC Management (Must‑Have)
  • Lead and enforce QA/QC management processes on site
  • Manage QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing & commissioning, NCRs, snagging / de‑snagging, and final handover documentation
  • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, standards, and applicable regulations
Reporting & Controls
  • Prepare and issue regular progress, cost, risk, and change management reports
  • Review and certify contractor payment applications
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting systems in line with project requirements

  • Promote safe working practices across all construction activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and project management, preferably within industrial or logistics facilities
  • Strong MEP construction experience is essential
  • Proven experience managing retrofit works within live / operational facilities
  • QA/QC management experience is a must
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work full‑time on site, 6 days per week
Nice to Have
  • PMI certification or formal PMI training
  • Experience with international clients and structured reporting environments
  • Familiarity with digital document control systems (e.g. BIM‑based platforms)
