Kepler Aviation in Düzce, Türkiye, designs and builds aircraft cabin interior products. We seek a Composite Production Specialist for our clean room and autoclave operations, focusing on prepreg layup, cure cycles, trim and finish of composite parts, and strict material traceability.

The ideal candidate has vocational/technical education and hands-on prepreg or vacuum bagging experience with the ability to read drawings and follow instructions. Aerospace composites experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with prepregs and vacuum bagging in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Aerospace composite or autoclave experience is advantageous.
• Experience in clean room settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Cut and lay up prepreg according to work instructions.
• Prepare vacuum bags and operate autoclave and oven cures.
• Trim, bond and finish composite parts to spec.
• Record material lots and maintain clean room discipline and traceability.

What you will do

• Cut and lay up prepreg by the work instruction
• Prepare vacuum bags and run autoclave and oven cures
• Trim, bond and finish composite parts
• Record material lots and out-time, follow clean room rules

What we look for

• Vocational school or technical high school graduate
• Hands-on experience with prepreg or vacuum bagging
• Able to read technical drawings and work instructions
• Aerospace composite or autoclave experience is a plus
