Managing compensation and benefits projects and practices

Carrying out salary review process

Internal job mapping according Mercer Job Library and WTW Job Library

Participating total remuneration and spot surveys

Analyzing total remuneration survey outputs (Mercer and WTW)

Managing external candidate offer process

Managing internal candidate (job change) offer process

Carrying out promotion salary increase

Carrying out salary adjustment

• Following up all market trends in the field of Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards
• Managing benefits (such as health insurance, meal card)

What You'll Bring?

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maths, Statistics and/or related fields
• Being detail-oriented, analytical-thinker, multi-tasked in a fast-paced environment

Being transparent, collaborator and proactive as a Getirian

Having high level of social competence and understanding business needs
