Carrying out salary review process
Internal job mapping according Mercer Job Library and WTW Job Library
Participating total remuneration and spot surveys
Analyzing total remuneration survey outputs (Mercer and WTW)
Managing external candidate offer process
Managing internal candidate (job change) offer process
Carrying out promotion salary increase
Carrying out salary adjustment
Being transparent, collaborator and proactive as a Getirian
Having high level of social competence and understanding business needs
Good communication skills in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, Google Technologies
